The “Wobble Slot” ductile cast seed cup gives precise, single seed placement. The Wobble Slot is bored and machined faced with a sintered metal rotor of bronze alloy composition (no plastic parts)…that acts like an oilite sleeve bushing/bearing in its friction-free motion.
Precision processed rotor is adjusted by moving the shaft at one point on each drill box with infinite spacing 0 to 3⁄4” for varying seed size, weights and rates. No feed gates to adjust—no special tools required. The smooth spiral action admits single seeds into the chute for uniform planting. No rough cogs to damage fragile seeds. Along with the parallel linkage depth control, a maximum emergence rate can be expected.

Parallel Linkage Design Offers Hand Adjustable Depth Control in 1⁄4″ and 1⁄2″
Increments Single arm pivoting press wheels track behind the opener discs perfectly and reduce side load. Offset 16″ dia. (4mm) thick blades (no-till) penetrate firm no-till soil and create the ultimate seed furrow. Two bearings per blade assure extra strength and long service. Changing down pressure by hand lets you adjust from 60# to 500# of pressure per row unit. Keeping that pressure constant from the top to the bottom of the operating range is the CrustBuster secret to planting success.
