Available Options

• Telescopic adjustable legs
• Variable speed control

Features

• Bi-directional belt
• Accepts almost any size grade belt
• All stainless steel construction
• Conveyor built to reach the hopper height on fillers in a small amount of space

Labeling Conveyor Model 10650

Labeling Conveyor Model 10650

Use after clamshells are filled to place label or tape onto the top of the clamshells.

How it Works
Typically placed in a filling line immediately after the clamshell filler. Containers are fed onto the in feed end of the conveyor and travel under the labeling head. A sensor triggers the labeler to dispense one label, which is dispensed at equal speed to the conveyor travel speed. The sticky back of the label adheres to the top of the clamshell. The labeled clamshell discharges off the end of the conveyor onto the next piece of equipment.(typically a checkweigher or packing conveyor)

Features
• Adjustable legs allow either horizontal or inclined op-eration.
• Adjustable guide system easy to set for various size clamshells.
• Top of lid guide holds down non sealed clamshells.
• All stainless steel construction.
• Can be equipped for dual lanes of clamshells.
• Accepts any labeler.

Available Options
• Casters
• Various Labeler Brands
• Variable speed

These are examples of some the equipment used in the industry.
